Decide what your poppet represents to you and elaborate by adding design elements & embellishments to personalize it. Carry it in your bag, put it under your pillow, bury it or give it to a friend. Black/Protection: salt and cloves

Green/Money: salt, mint, clover and tiger’s eye or salt, clover and cinnamon

Pink/Love: salt, lavender, myrrh and carnelian

White/Blessing or Health: salt, rosemary and clear quartz or selenite

*white can also be used as a universal poppet
